Motor Claims Assist is an independent accident management service. We are not an insurer and are not affiliated with any insurer referenced on this site. For non-fault accidents, we bill the at-fault driver's insurer directly. For fault accidents, costs are billed to your own insurer under your policy. What's available depends on your circumstances and cover.
Replacement vehicles are provided under a credit hire agreement. This is different from a courtesy car supplied by your insurer: hire charges are recovered from the responsible insurer, and we'll explain the agreement and any circumstances where you could be liable before you sign.
Contacting us does not report the accident to your insurer. Always follow your policy's rules for telling your insurer about an accident.
