When you use our callback or claim forms, we collect:

  • Your name and contact phone number
  • Your vehicle registration, where provided
  • Details you give us about your accident, where provided
  • Technical information such as the page you visited, your general location and the advert or search that brought you here

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Call you back and discuss the help available after your accident
  • Operate and improve this website
  • Measure how our advertising is performing, where you have consented to this

We do not sell your personal information. We do not contact your insurer on your behalf unless you ask us to.

Cookies and measurement

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand site visits and measure the performance of our advertising, including when a visitor clicks our phone number after arriving from an advert. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to change your choice.

Who we share it with

We share limited information with Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, where you have consented. We may share your details with the insurer handling your claim only where you ask us to progress a claim on your behalf. We do not share your details for marketing by other companies.

How long we keep it

We keep callback and claim enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. To do this, email admin@motorclaimsassist.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
